    Lean home techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine

    Lymphatic drainage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling, and helps to drain lymphatic fluid that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

  • Meditation for Wellness With Ed Williamson

    Wednesday, November 5 · 6:30 - 8pm

    This class will teach simple methods for bringing wellness to your life through the power of meditative practices. In this class, you will learn:

    -Techniques for grounding and centering in times of stress
    -Relaxation practices for inner wellness
    -How to face difficulties with calm and clarity
    -Heart centered meditation for creating inner peace
    -Best practices for positive results

  • Newport Pride's Velvet Ball

    October 25th, 6-10 pm

    Newport Pride Velvet Ball on Saturday, at Salve Regina University at the Ochre Court Mansion. This annual event celebrates Newport's diversity and raises the funds needed to sustain our year-round Newport Pride Center, a SAFE space for resources and community connection through FREE year-round events and programming, while having a celebratory night. This is an elegant evening to support our mission.
